Nutrition Counseling & Education
Learn how to nourish—not restrict
At Platewise, nutrition counseling is more than a meal plan. It’s a conversation. We work with you to explore your relationship with food, understand your body’s needs, and build habits that actually fit your life.
Our approach is rooted in education—because when you understand why something works, it’s easier to stick with it.
We’ll talk about your goals, preferences, routines, and challenges. Then we’ll build a plan that makes sense for you—no shame, no fad diets, no “one-size-fits-all.”
Whether you’re trying to eat more intuitively, feel better day to day, or just stop second-guessing every food choice, we’re here to help you feel calm, capable, and nourished.
This is your space to ask questions, learn confidently, and feel good about what goes on your plate.
Support for every season of life
Your body changes—and your nutrition should, too. At Platewise, we offer personalized nutrition support for every stage of womanhood: from periods to pregnancy to perimenopause and beyond.
Whether you're navigating PCOS, hormonal imbalances, fertility goals, postpartum recovery, or shifting energy levels—we’re here to help you feel more in tune with your body, not at war with it.
In a world full of misinformation, unrealistic standards, and harmful diet culture, it can be hard to know what to believe. We help you cut through the noise and unlearn what’s not serving you—so you can build a relationship with food that’s based on trust, nourishment, and what actually works for you.
This isn’t about restriction or the latest “wellness” trend. It’s about education, support, and creating habits that help you feel grounded, energized, and well.
We’ll help you understand what your body needs, and how to meet those needs—without guilt, guesswork, or gimmicks.
Women’s Health
Real food plans for real life
Meal planning doesn’t have to mean prepping every bite for the week or eating the same thing every day. At Platewise, we believe in flexible structure—giving you just enough of a plan to feel supported, not stressed and the skills to navigate eating to nourish.
We’ll help you take the guesswork out of food choices by creating a realistic plan that fits your schedule, your goals, and your preferences. Whether you're cooking for one, managing a busy family, or just tired of decision fatigue, we’re here to make food feel easier.
We focus on building balanced plates, making grocery shopping simpler, and helping you feel more confident in the kitchen—even if you’re not “a meal prep person.”
Because eating well shouldn’t feel like another full-time job.
