Right now, we're a cash-pay practice while we work to get in-network with insurance companies that actually support nutrition care.
We know that's not ideal for everyone, which is why we offer equity pricing for those who need it.
Our goal is to make this work accessible and we're actively building partnerships to get there. In the meantime, we're focused on providing quality care without the insurance red tape slowing things down.

We'll talk about what brought you in, what a typical day looks like for you, and what you're hoping to change.
No judgment, no lecture just an honest conversation about where you are now and where you want to go. You'll leave with clarity on next steps and a plan that actually fits your life.
90 minute session. -
We'll see how things are going, troubleshoot what's not working, and build on what is.
These sessions keep you moving forward, whether you need accountability, answers to new questions, or help adjusting your plan as life shifts. You're not doing this alone.

60 minute session. -
Equity Pricing is a cash-pay option for people who need nutrition support but can't afford our standard rates.
These spots are application-based and offered on a sliding scale based on what works for your situation. We believe everyone deserves access to quality nutrition care and that income shouldn't be the barrier.
