Who we are
Platewise is a modern nutrition practice built on the idea that real nourishment starts with understanding—and that everyone deserves to feel confident and calm around food. We offer personalized, judgment-free support for clients navigating everything from chronic conditions to everyday eating, with a strong focus on education, empowerment, and real-life sustainability.
At the heart of Platewise is Kaylee, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Boston University. With a background in research and a client-first mindset, Kaylee works to bridge the gap between evidence-based nutrition and the everyday realities of life. Her philosophy—“Eat what you want, add what you need”—guides a flexible, balanced approach to care that makes room for both structure and joy. She specializes in women’s health (including PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause), gastrointestinal issues (like IBS, IBD, and SIBO/IMO), diabetes, and weight-related concerns. Above all, Kaylee believes that you are the expert in your body—and that her role is to help you feel more supported, knowledgeable, and in control of your health.
Platewise offers a range of services, including Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), nutrition counseling and education, women’s health support, digestive health management, and realistic meal planning and guidance. Each session is personalized to meet your unique needs, without the pressure of rigid plans or diet rules. Whether you're working toward specific goals or just trying to make food feel a little easier, we're here to help you build habits that last.
Platewise is more than a clinic—it’s a learning, unlearning, and growing space. It’s a place where food becomes less confusing, less stressful, and more connected to who you are.
